We provide a weekly, prioritised report with all faults and inefficiencies detected. Together, with your site team and service contractor, we ensure actions are taken to resolve the issues. Through our building analytics, we validate the actions and quickly detect any new faults or inefficiencies.

The reporting includes an overall analysis of your energy usage, comparison with benchmark data and reporting on energy savings achieved. The energy savings are determined both top - down (i.e. overall energy consumption corrected for weather impact and compared with historic consumption) as well as a bottom up (i.e. all inefficiencies detected and removed).
